1. What is Ownara?

Ownara is a premium footwear & apparel brand offering exclusive, one-of-a-kind designs. Each design is available only once—once purchased, it’s never sold again.

2. How does ‘One Design, One Owner Forever’ work?

Each product on Ownara is unique and available for a single purchase only. Once a customer buys it, that design is removed from our store, making it exclusively theirs.

3. How do I place an order?

2️⃣ Select your size & add to cart
3️⃣ Complete payment & place your order
4️⃣ We’ll start making your exclusive product!

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets,Cash on Delivery (COD) is available as each product is custom-made.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Since we follow a made-to-order model, cancellations or modifications are not allowed once an order is placed after 2 hrs. Please check all details carefully before confirming your purchase.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

6. How long does delivery take?

As all products are custom-made, shipping times are:
📍 Metro Cities: 7 business days
📍 Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 7-10 business days
📍 Remote Areas: 7-14 business days

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

7. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within India, but we plan to expand soon! Stay tuned.

📦 Returns & Refunds

8. Can I return or exchange a product?

Since our products are exclusive & made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.

9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

In case of any issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof. We will offer a replacement or refund after verification.
